About
Alisha Khoury-Boucher M.Ed., LADC1
Alishia Khoury-Boucher, M.Ed., LADC I, is the owner of Good Day Therapy and Master's level clinician with over 19 years dedicated to helping individuals move through substance use recovery, trauma, loss, and self-doubt with clarity and confidence.
At the heart of her work is a genuine commitment to healing that is both compassionate and grounded. Alishia offers therapy that is thoughtful, honest, and empowering — rooted in empathy while also providing direction. She believes that meaningful growth happens when clients feel heard, supported, and gently challenged in ways that foster real change.
Alishia specializes in addiction and recovery, trauma and PTSD, grief, and self-esteem. She works with adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating life transitions, identity development, and the complex connections between trauma, substance use, and emotional well-being.
Her approach is holistic and individualized. She integrates evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to each client’s needs, recognizing that mental health, behavioral patterns, and personal history are often deeply interconnected. Clients often describe her style as approachable, authentic, and grounded in both humanity and humor.
Her goal is simple: that each session leaves you feeling understood, more prepared, and with a deeper insight into yourself — even if that progress comes one small step at a time.
Alishia offers flexible scheduling with both in-person sessions and secure telehealth appointments throughout Massachusetts.
